This month, Shada Azodi, Research Director at Bold Insight UK, will present as the keynote speaker at Frontiers Health 2023 during the re-imagining healthcare interactions thematic session. In her talk, How to deliver a better HealthTech experience: UX considerations, Azodi will discuss key UX research principles and strategies that can be employed to optimize healthtech products, ensuring improved usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction for users.
The presentation will highlight examples stemming from first-hand experience in medical device and med tech research and industry guidelines to solidify best practices, empowering the healthtech sector to proactively respond to unmet needs, foster positive user experiences, and stay ahead of the curve.
“The healthtech revolution has transformed the healthcare industry,” said Azodi. “And while it has revealed the significance of adopting a user-centered approach, there is still limited information available on best methods for evaluating and crafting more refined user experiences. I look forward to discussing our learnings on how to best serve a diverse range of healthtech users.”
In addition to speaking, Bold Insight is a bronze sponsor. Members from Bold Insight will attend in Rome, Italy which will bring together thought leaders, policy makers, industry players, and innovative companies to dive deep into the ongoing challenges, strategic trends, and scalable solutions likely to impact healthcare.
The conference, in person and online, will take place November 8-10, 2023. Visit the event website for more information.
